Junk food addiction is so common. Is your child addicted to junk food?

As parents we love our children so much! We want the best for them. And we know that the best starts with the best food.

The best food of course does not include junk food. The best food is healthy food. And we make healthy food available all the time - but somewhere along the way - we find that our children have somehow got addicted to junk food.

How does that happen? How does a packaged snack - bought the first time as a special treat - just take over our lives?

The explanation lies in brain and body science.

In this video - I take you through the process that leads to a child becoming a junk food addict. Watch the video to see what your role could be in your child's junk food addiction.

There is good news for you as well. All is not lost if you have a child who is addicted to junk food. It is not a situation that is beyond repair.

In my video I also tell you how you can rescue your child from Junk Food addiction.
