So many parents tell me that they are sure that their teens are purposely doing things to make them angry

And they are right!!

Teens want us to feel their emotions and understand them

So they make us feel the way they are Feeling.

But that doesn't help

Because anger plus anger leads to EXPLOSION

So the solution is to understand your teen.
