Is your child starting school this year?

Then don’t make this BIG mistake

Do not burden your child with the expectation of SUCCESS

Teach your child HOW TO DEAL WITH FAILURE

When a child starts learning something

To succeed - they will have to overcome many failures.

Build RESILIENCE to FAILURE

So that your child can try again and again until they SUCCEED.

This is what you need to do -

1. Stop Overprotecting

Don’t speak for your child.
Let them speak up for themselves
Let them discover their STRENGTH

2. Don’t jump in to help

When your child is struggling with something – don’t jump in and fix it for them.
Let them discover their INNOVATIVE BRAIN

3. Don’t invalidate their feelings

When your child falls – don’t say – “No you didn’t get hurt.” Teach them how to put their feelings into words and what to do after that.
Let them learn how to MANAGE ALONE

4. Don’t praise unnecessarily

If your child is doing something – don’t stand over them and say “good good” at every step. Praise only when they feel that they have finished something and ask for your opinion.
Let them learn DELAYED GRATIFICATION

5. Don’t fill them with fear

When your child is doing something risky – don’t frighten them. Show them how to do what they want to do safely.
Let them find their COURAGE

Starting school is the first major challenge that a child must face and overcome on their own.

Make sure your child is prepared for it by building their RESILIENCE

Type “I can” and start doing this today
