Is it a struggle to get your child to sleep every night? 

Then you need these 5 tips

1. Focus on exercise. 
Outdoor play for at least 2 hours that makes your child sweat is a must

2. No screens
All devices must be turned off 2 hours before bedtime 

3. Fixed time
Your child must go to sleep at the same time every day

4. Listen
Let your child offload their worries and stories before they sleep so that they can sleep peacefully 

5. Don't scold
Scolding causes stress and does not allow your child restful sleep
