I think I can say that I am making that dream come alive in small ways.

​How much difference can one hour make? 

How much difference can you make when you stand on the stage of a huge auditorium and speak on parenting to 500+ parents? 

The answer - A LOT. 

A lady called me yesterday. 

She said - 

"I am the mom of a Josephite. 

My son is in the St Joseph's Boys' High School - and I attended your workshop at his parent orientation program 2 years ago. 

To say that - that 1 hour of sitting in that packed auditorium listening to you was life altering for us - would be a gross understatement. 

It was absolutely unbelievable how my son transformed within a week of implementing everything you asked us to do at the workshop. 

From an irritable child who constantly threw tantrums and shouted - he became a calm happy child. 

And that changed my life as well. 

From a person who was always sad, angry and scared - I became a happy person. 

I see my sister suffering like I was suffering when I attended your workshop. 

Please consult with her and change her life too."

I was left speechless. 

And all I could do - was - bow my head in gratitude. 

Parents frequently call my workshops life changing - but every time they do - I am overwhelmed with gratitude for being able to make an impact through what I love to do. 

My Dad always says that his only dream for me - is that I should be able to make the world a slightly happier place with everything I do every day. 

And - I think I can say that I am making that dream come alive in small ways. 

A lot of times schools and corporates who want to organize a parenting workshop - say they can only do one session with me. 

And they are not sure how much difference one session can make. 

Yes it does make a difference.

Every smile makes the world a better place. 

And I believe that we must do what we can for that one smile right NOW!!
