"I have turned into a MasterChef"
The mom of a toddler tells me. "I make these absolutely delicious healthy dishes. But my child does not even TOUCH them." She says. Do children eat tasty food? Not always. What we find tasty may not be tasty or appealing to them for various reasons. So what do they find tasty and why? Why do they pick some foods over others? What are the unhealthy ways to make food tasty? How to get away from making food tasty in an unhealthy way and make food appealing to children while keeping it healthy? I am going to be talking about all of this at the preconference workshop of #OMBCDiscover2021 that I am conducting on the 11th of November 2021. Picky eating is one of the most common problems that parents approach me with when their children are toddlers. And I have written a book on the how to tackle this problem. The book is called "What to do if your child is a picky eater" The book is published by Juggernaut Books (@juggernaut.in) and is available on Amazon Kindle. Sharing the link to the book in comments. I hope to see you at my workshop. Do register for the conference before the 31st of October to be able to join my workshop. I am sharing the registration link in comments. The conference will be invaluable if you are attempting to move to healthy eating. |
