The BEDTIME ROUTINE that will make your child smarter 

1. Decide on an 8 PM bedtime
To give the brain and body time to grow

2. Turn off screens 2 hours before bedtime 
To allow the brain to slow down

3. Have a pillow fight before bed 
To reduce stress

4. Read a story with dimmed lights
To help your child feel safe and connected

5. Stroke your child gently and say I love as they fall asleep
So that they can separate gently from you without anxiety 

When they wake up their brains will work better
