Is your child struggling with post vacation school anxiety?

Are you seeing your child moving around with an upset face as the school reopening day comes closer?

Then do these 5 things to reduce their anxiety.

Take action today....

Do what you can to help your child to feel more confident.

Lack of sleep causes anxiety.

Vacations are the time to be indulgent and children often eat more junk food during the vacations.
Junk food increases anxiety and reduces resilience and energy.
Bring back high fiber, protein rich foods. Focus on fermented foods to get the happy hormones flowing
